Yeah, sure. You might get some aggression from the angelfish towards the guppies, but it might go perfectly fine. I've kept angelfish with all sorts of small fish (tetras, rasboras, darios) with no problems. Some might say the angelfish will eat the guppies, but there's no way an angelfish could eat an adult guppy.
I would say the minimum tank size would be a 30 gallon "tall" or a 40 gallon tank.

If they are fancy guppies, the angel will not eat them but it may bite at their fins. You should be alright if you have at least a 40 gallon tank. You should also have some structures in the tank to give the guppies places to get away from the angel. If the angel is pretty big and the guppies are the tiny little feeder guppies, then it may eat or try to eat them so I would not suggest keeping them together in that situation.

It relies upon on your angelfish. The extra aggressive will probally consume them, yet others might on no account attempt to. in my opinion i does not positioned angelfish and guppies jointly. an outstanding fish for angelfish are discus, yet you may want a minimum of a fifty 5 gallon tank for them. additionally, on your angels/guppies, the tank could be a minimum of 30 gallons, for below a million angel fish, each and every extra upload 10 gallons
