dont worry just post your web up. when i edit my website it will come out japanese. but when i upload and view it change.

AdSense thinks you are in japan or you have specified you language as japanese.
Don't worry. The ads that AdSence will depend on where you are. So If a person fom Russia (say) visits your site they will get it in Russian.

you may have selected it as your language, or if you have an ip blocker it may be set to tokyo.
