If you were mature enough to live with a guy, you'd be able to wait until you are seventeen, right? What if he tires of you and gives you the boot. WAIT my child.

Depending on what state you live in you can juyst move... Other than that you can either have your parents sighn for it or you can sue them for it... But you also have to remember that if you leave and get emancipated that if it doesn't work out then your parents do not have to let you back in. And with you being under 18 then you will not be able to get into most shelters ... So be careful no matter what you decide.

Yes, you can apply to the court for emancipation. If you get it, you'll be able to enjoy a few good months, followed by a bad year, and then a breakup.
The statistics show that almost all girls in your position that do this break up with the guy within two years. Good luck.

Possibly. There are a few ways to get emancipated. One is with parental consent. Another is by having a baby. (I don't advise that!) You do have a few options and should call a local child's advocate (attorney). Keep in mind, it might not be a wise thing to do.
