Thanks emigirl77, I actually called Benihana and they don't serve okonomiyaki... and I'm really dying to have one...

Downtown San Jose there is Japan Town. There is a nice variety of Japense Restaurants between 1st and 7th off of Taylor St. They also have a great bakery.
