Is it possible to put game system emulators on my psp even though my system software is 3.03?

my friend said it was possible an he doesnt want to give me the steps.I remember somthing about the game "Grand Theft Auto Liberty Stories" is needed and something about that you have to start the game somehow and trick your psp

You need to downgrade your system to version 1.50 first and that's what you are describing.

To downgrade from 3.03, you will need an unpatched version of Grant Theft Auto Liberty Stories.

I would not do that if I were you since you don't seem to be very experienced.

Yes you can emulate 3.03...craigslist, electronics,mods...go from there
