EPI is around 1,000 and Hpnobirthing is around 300.
Insurance can cover a EPI but not Hpnobirthing.

Being a Doula well all most have one more birth to record, I have used forms of the class. I think it is worth reading about going to the Library. I am not sure I would take the class myself if I was expecting again. The same concepts are used in the stop smoking clinics as Hpnobirthing. an I have been to two of there classes.

I would check in your area and call and ask many questions. and also see if you can talk to others that have been in the class. And see what there experience was like. It maybe a good choice for you.
