Im looking to start a blog. Im wondering where blogs like perezhilton.com get there pictures and content? Do they pay for the pictures?
If I start a blog, can I just search the internet for pictures and use any of them? If I did, isnt it illegal? Isnt it copyright?

Yeah they take them themselves, but them, steal them. You can find what ever picture you want and use. It maybe be copyrighted but chances are slim that they'll catch you, unless your not a risk taker.

of course the pictures are copyrighted. the trick is to have permission to use them. i suspect they use publicity photos provided by the celebrities agent for the asking.
