Does anyone know what this song is?

From the show The Hills on MTV, I believe it is episode 6, but if not, it's the episode where Lauren and Heidi have a big fight about Spencer. They play the song when Lauren gets off from school and goes home, and the song has to do something with if you were able to start over, you would. If anyone knows what the song is please let me know!
