To convert Celsius temperatures into Fahrenheit:

* Begin by multiplying the Celsius temperature by 9.
* Divide the answer by 5.
* Now add 32.

so:
* multiply the Celsius temperature by 9. [4*9=36]
* Divide the answer by 5. [36/5=7.2]
* Now add 32. [7.2+32=39.2]

Use either of these formulas (they both work)

n°C*1.8+32=n°F
So 4 * 1.8=7.2+32=39.2°F

or

n°C*9/5+32
4 * 9=36 / 5=7.2+32=39.2°F

Easy now you know how.

Here is a page for you: http://www.csgnetwork.com/tempconvjava.html

Tf=(9/5)*Tc + 32

Tf= (9/5)*4 +32

Tf= 7.2 + 32

Tf= 39.2
