You could try a peroxide and water mix. As it is ment to clean out infections and its what the vagina makes in its normal ph balance. And as some females have an issue with reoccuring YI's instead of a douche you could use the peroxide/water mix as a douche. starting you should prolly use a equal parts of water and peroxide I now tend to use more peroxde than water I don't think I'd ever do 100% peroxide tho. Some say it burns I have yet to experience that. I also read that if you get an amonia smell after the use of the mix that its BV. I used it the mix after I was told by my doc that I had BV and didn't smell anything but I also think my doc is a perv soo.

There are lots of ways that people *say* work. Whether they do or not is questionable and unlikely. Yogurt and probiotics, incidentally, do not work in studies.

The only non-medicine thing that's easily available and has been proven to work is boric acid. In studies it works as well as or better than antifungal medication.

Theoretically crushed garlic or a clove of garlic with cuts on the surface should work too due to the allicin.
