This alone is going to cost buisnesses money since they will be losing many patrons, same as with buisnesses losing money due to prohibition.

cant think of too much positive. on the negative side, it made common citizens, criminals, lost billions, in tax revenues and, brought the Mafia to power, through bootlegging operations.
