This is a breakdown in your natural defenses. Ordinarily we can control displays of emotions. Those who have been through "sensitivity training" (popular in the 70s) ended up with decreased defenses and it wasn't really a good thing. You seem to have an enhanced sensitivity and since it bothers you, you should see a professional about it. I understand the part about not really feeling sad when it happens. That's why I say it's an enhanced sensitivity (hypersensitivity). It doesn't affect you any more emotionally than it does others, but it breaks through into your behavior more readily than it does for others.

you cry because you want to even if you say you don't. YOu do it so you can get attention. You know that deep down once you stop crying people will stop giving you some of their attention. ppl are just so full of themselves, you're never really sad like you said.

You sound depressed. Are you going through something traumatic? I suggest you talk to a counselor.
