send him an e-mail saying that if he doesn't find a way to get kicked in the nuts within the next 24 hours, he will be assassinated by the skilled sniper he can't see. he has been infected with a virus and being kicked in the nuts is the only cure. if he is not cured within the next 24 hours, the virus will attack him in ways too gruesome to describe. the virus will then spread to everyone within 117 feet via particles in the air, which is why the sniper will shoot him, cleanse the virus with special technology, and erase the memory of anyone who saw.
