Is it from a film about Vice Adm. William F "Bull" Halsey Jr? he was a key figure in WW2 in the US's naval battles against the Japanese. Apparently a woman said (practially) that line after touching his hand
Could it be one of the films featuring him? Either:-'The Galant Hours', 'Tora!Tora!Tora!', or 'The Battle Of Midway?
