The blood line being so close may have caused you to have six toes, but a monster you will become only if you allow it. So don't.

Why should you turn into a monster because your biological grandfather can't behave? If a family cared enough about you to adopt you then you should have grown within that environment and learned how to and how not to act.
And no, that isn't why you have six toes.
Talk to your parents about your anxiety.

you are obviously lucky that genetics has been kind to you, u are who u r and wont turn into anything, many people have extra toes or fingers and it has nothing to do with the way and by whom they were conceived
