I'm eighteen now, but I was 5 or 6 when the show was on. But thast pretty much it, it was about three samurais, although there was one girl sidekick, and they had different suits I can only remember bits and pieces of it but that the main idea.

It sounds like Ronin Warroirs. There was like an overweight green guy in armor. They had weapons like swords and spears and fought in a apocolyptic future. There was a fourth guy who trained them. I did not watch the show that long, but I do remeber some sort of girl. Each of their armor was supposed to based on traditional samurai armor, but it had special powers.
