Of course. I love my mom but I'm not in love with her lol. But I love my fiance and I'm in love with him. It just depends on the person you're talking about. Is that what you mean or do you mean like, an ex husband you have kids with? Because I love my ex only becaue if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have my beautiful kids, but I'm not in love with him. I actually despise him.

yes there is a difference because these two things can be taken in two different ways. Loving someone might mean that you really care about someone like a family member or other close friends. Being in love is a strong thing and it is usually taken as if you had a strong relationship with a guy that was your boyfriend or husband or even your child. Great Question!

yes I do, being in love with someone means you want or for me I want to be with her and be around and hear from her all the time. I don't want to be without her.. loving someone is like you care deeply about them but not be with them all the time and not on your mind night and day.. something like that

yes i think they are. i think you must love someone to be in love with them. however just because you love someone does not mean you are in love with them.
