Who has the worst ebay feedback and can still trade?

I've never seen any that were lower than 70 percent. Is there any lower or do they just shut you down?

95% stinks!

never buy from a seller with less than 98.6%.

there are power sellers with literally THOUSANDS of negs. but they make ebay loads of money.

check out bargainland! they are the worst of the worst!

I wouldn't even buy anything from someone with a rating below 95%.

people rarely let themselves get thsi low- they just reregister and start all over again
