First, they have to get baby Dannielynn's DNA, either by permission of Howard K. Stern (who is currently her legal father in The Bahamas), or by Bahamian court order.
Who knows how long THAT will take?
It's been reported that there was word out of Larry Birkhead's camp that HKS is willing to give up custody of Dannielynn IF he can stay on as trustee for her. That would appear to be an admission by HKS that he knows he's not her biological father.
That is, if you believe these reports.

it will be announced sometime in march. they are going back into courts on march 16th to talk about it and if the judges ok's the collection of dna from dannielynn then it will take about 3 days before you get the results.

I read something about it ... March 16 ,,, never know.. cause they keep changing things ... like she was to be buried last week and its almost a week later and she still not buried.. ,,,mmm wonder who the dad is???
