more like a large handkerchif then a flag. size is approx.16x21. red background. pictures of gen. james a. garfield (says,"republican candidate for president") and gen. chestar a. author (says, "republican candidate for vice president"). eagles at top and bottom with a ribbon in the eagles claws that says"the union and the constitution forever. any help appreciated

There are a number of groups that revolve around collecting & educating folks about political history & the associated memorabilia.
You could try googling political memorabilia , but a very dear friend of mine has an extensive collection of buttons , banners , & other campaign stuff. I'll send him an email right now, & ask him for a place you can get more info.
