visiting the site might be safe, but beware clicking everywhere and downloading something. it's not safe. my brother was looking for serial for some game in december and he got infected by antivermins spyware there.

No. That website is full of bad stuff and not safe whatsoever. Usually, all websites with serials are not good for your computer.

Serials.ws is useful if you access it correctly but that requires some outstanding security that can handle a wise assortment of viruses and spyware. Unless you have a great firewall, great antivirus, great antispyware, and know how to control javascript with your browser you really should not mess with that site.
