lift the lid and push the second button from the top. the cartridges will move. push it again and the cartridges will move again . then you can change them. after changing them push the same button again and the printer will regognise the new cartridges. then your done and ready to print. just change the cartridges that need changed because the ink is very expensive. good luck.
