Group B Strep. It's not harmful to you, it's normal in a grown woman but can be dangerous to babies. I was GBS positive in 2 of my 4 full term deliveries and never had a problem with my babies at all. Just type Group B Strep into a search engine.

It is called strep B, and it's normal to have, treated very easily and nothing to worry about as long as you do what is directed by your doctor.
