My Dr. recommended a prescription drug called cyklokapron for very same problem but I am pre- menapausal......:-)

Hormone replacement therapy.
Eat iron rich foods like spinich or liver.
Stay away from junk food at all cost.
You probably need a D & C your gyno will examine the tissue and diagnose from there.

particular, womenopause hits men in a similar age whilst menopause hits women persons... around 40 5-50 years of age. It makes them working after youthful ladies and creating an entire fool of themselves. :D luckily no longer all men conflict by way of this.
