DEAR LORD, this is not a doctors office...we don't need to hear that. Ask your doctor, not strangers who know nothing.

the left ovary pain and clear mucus are definite signs of ovulation your period seems to be irregular and it sounds like you might be ovulating now if you want to become pregnant then you need to have sex NOW lol and if not then dont have sex right now and when you do use protection. you should take a pregnancy test in case and if the pain is intense then you should go to emergency room asap it could be a tubal pregnancy which is life threatening.

Have you had a blood test? If you have excessive pain you should go to the doctor or emergency room right away.
I do think you should call your doctor as soon as possible and explain your symptoms and ask for an appointment. It could be anything from a fibroid cyst to a blockage to an ectopic pregnancy. But knowledge is power, and the sooner you get to a doctor and know the more in control you'll be.
Best of luck!

As with the 1st answer -I say get a blood pregnancy test. How old are you? If you are young (just started your period in the past 2 years) or older (pre-menopause,or menopause) the answer can be yes-you can still ovulate and not have your period because you body is still getting used to a lot of different hormonal changes.

it may be that you have an ovarian cyst, whihc can sometimes cause hormonal fluctuations that can mess with your cycle....or , though with two negative pregancy tests it would be rare ,you could have an ectopic preganncy . Ectopic pregnancies aren't viable , so they have much lower hormone levels , sometimes so low that a home or urine pregnancy test wouldn't register them .
I suggest calling your Doc . They will more than likely order a simple bloodtest to confirm that you're not pregnant and maybe an ultrasound to rule out an ovarian cyst.
Good luck!!

There are too many possiblities. Not knowing your age or exercise regimen and 20 other questions, it is imperative you see your gynocologist immediately. Don't be embarrassed to get 2nd and even 3rd opinions. Doctors understand!
