Nathan wanted to see her - his mom talked him out of that. It's gonna have to happen, though. I think Claire has a thing for Peter, and it'll be interesting to see how that plays out. She really can't be reunited with him, because he never knew she existed until recently.
Oh wait - are you talking about Mr Bennett? You should have said adopted father if that was the case... Either way, I doubt it. He won't remember her now anyway, will he? The Haitian took his memory away.

hope not, that dad is pretty evil and i don't think he's going to remember risking his life for claire or something like that, and i'd rather have her reunite with her biological father

I am thinking she may go to live with Meredith but as for Nathan that is a problem. If she goes to see him she may end up getting caught.

I don't know if she will she see her adopted family again, but she will probably see her biological dad and meet him.
