click "tools" top of you browser a little pull down menu will appear ......
.click pop up blocker............ best advice is to turn it off..(ENABLE POPUPS)...of course some will say it is a mistake to turn it off but you can decide this for yourself once you know where it is, nothing bad or evil will happen if you decide to turn it off, so it is not a mistake, it is just a choice you make......... pop ups are very easy to just click off if they appear....once in the lounge........click "options" bottom left of the lounge and choose the small tables/windows option

You might want to check to see if your pop up blocker is on or check on your firewall. My computer at work will not allow me to play them because of the firewall but at home I have found that the pop up blocker sometimes affects it.
