I just wanted to know I went to a on-site screening at starbucks and felt very disappointed that I know for a fact I didnt get the job. When I was being interviewed I noticed that the interviewer spent less than 5 minutes, while other interviewers where asking questions to the candidates as to hear their response and scenerio's. It look bad and I felt a little embarrassed how quick it was. The other people where there before me and I left before them. I just dont think I got the job. Is that a good sign or bad???

I can honestly say I am not confident. He asked me questions that where on a paper about 5 and that was it. There look like an evaluation sheet but I guess it was not. I know I have no experience but I just didnt understand that.

It could be either. You might have done so well from the get-go that there was no need to ask the additional questions to determine eligibility. Conversely, you may have done badly and there was no reason to go on. How do you feel it went?

Maybe you just had a bad interviewer. I always say, hope for the best but prepare for the worst. As someone that spent a good six weeks looking for work, I know it can be tough. Keep at it.

you never know how it's going to end up. maybe those people who were interviewed had been working at other starbucks or some coffee place and were trying to get an idea of their experience. i wouldn't sweat it though. i'm sure that if you are willing to work those hours that there looking for you should get the job.
