I ejaculated on the hip of my girlfriend while both of us were bathing,can it flow down and lead to pregnancy?

She is a virgin, i poured water on her to wash it off, can the semen flow down and enter her vagina through the panty , considering it was wet and easier to seep in ? this happened 4 days back , if she will become preganant , what steps should be taken to avoid it.
