Don't judge her to quickly, The court looks at adultery but it's not the end all for a divorce case, about all it does is say there's grounds for divorce. As far as property, yes generally they try to make it a 50/50 split.

Missouri does have statutes on the book concerning adultry. It is grounds for divorce and the offending spouse simply forfeits any rights to the innocent spouse's estate. As far as it being considered a misdemeanor or felony, not in Missouri.

No it is not.

Mo. is a no fault divorce state. Which means although adultery can be grounds for divorce it can not be used against the party who cheated. The courts will not judge morality, it is not their job.

Also Mo. does not allow for Alienation of Affections suits, those were abolished in 2003.
