I read this book in elementary school. It's about a teacher with an unruly class and she dresses up as a substitute teacher. I'm not sure about the title.

I'm pretty sure it's "Miss Nelson is Missing". I remember loving that story as a kid.

Yes, it's by James Marshall and Harry Allard (Allard wrote the story, Marshall did the pictures. The first one is "Miss Nelson is Missing." There are at least two others, "Miss Nelson is Back" and "Miss Nelson Has a Field Day." Marshall did the George and Martha books, and the Cut-ups, too. And Space Case! Do you remember the Stupids? They also did those books. Another favorite was "There's A Party At Mona's Tonight."

yeah I LURV dat book even if im way past dat age group the title is mrs.nelson is missing
