I'm sure it was some old, crotchity men sitting around a big table trying to find another way to annoy teachers and stress out kids.

I hate giving that test. It's so hard to watch the students stress to the point of throwing up and shaking.

Actually I don't know who came up with it but I know they haven't been on the other end of it...ever!
