I would suggest AVG anti virus becuase it is very powerful and FREE! For spyware and Ad-ware I would suggest getting SpyBot and then getting Ad-Aware. They are both FREE and work great.

For adware, I use one called Ad Aware
For viruses, I use Norton Anti-Virus
