I am breaking out and I think it is because I am going to start my period soon. Could that be why? Is that normal?

yes alot of girls break out right before they start there period . The reason why this happens is becasue the imbalance of the hormones estrogen and progesterone just before your cycle.

That could be why. It is totally normal for girls to break out before and during your period. Also, before and during puberty it is very common for girls to have acne consistently even when not on your period so if you haven't gotten your period yet for the first time the acne might stay even after you get your period. Try using something like Benefits Boo Boo Zap ($18) If you don't have money for that try something like St Ives apricot scrub and clearsil that you can get at your local drug store or grocery store.

yes its normal. I use to break out a lot, I am 34 and still break out, but not as bad

yes, im 24 and i still break out before my period. not so bad, but it still happens.
