I fell and scraped my left arm and leg as I was biking in Central Park (on a rented bike). when I went back to return the bike, I asked them for a first aid kit. They responded by calling an ambulance, but 3 of them showed up... so i had 3 different teams of paramedics cleaning my cuts and scrapes and bandaging them. So my experience in an ambulance was a bit weird, but not at all bad or scary.

yes, on vacation in Sedona, AZ. We were at the Airport energy field and walking back down a small hill when my ankle went out from under me and I heard it crack. I used my cell phone to call 911. I thought they would wrap it and we would continue on are vacation.
Wrong. they took me by ambulance to the energy room for x-rays then on to the hospital. I broken 3 bones and they had to operate to put in a plate and 8 screws which i still have 6 yrs later

Yes, I was in ambulance before when my son was a baby. He had breathing problems and almost stop breathing on me. I never had been so scared. I thought he was going to die.

I've been in one a few times---my favorite was when I was running a really high fever and everything seemed relaxed and goofy. They asked me my name and I told them that I was Mrs. Woodrow Wilson, and waved at the neighbors!
