I mean, I really truly feel sorry for her. How sad, to have people fight over you after you have died. Rest In Peace, Anna.

I'd like to have seen her buried where she most wanted to be: in California with the stars. The only reason she was in The Bahamas was to try to get away from Larry Birkhead's claim to her-&-presumably-his daughter.

Daniel Smith should have been buried in California, first, and then Anna next to him.

Judge Larry Seidlin the right thing and so did Richard Milstein (the court-appointed guardian of Dannielynn). Neither man had the authority to move Daniel out of The Bahamas, so their hands were tied. They chose the only reasonable alternative -- bury Anna next to Daniel, in The Bahamas.

Ford Shelley testified that Anna wanted to be buried next to Daniel, "wherever he was". Nobody heard that last part.

I think Howard K. Stern owes it to both Daniel and Anna to rebury them -- at his own expense -- in California. It was HIS idea to spirit Anna out of the country to avoid the paternity action. If he'd had the balls to admit Larry Birkhead was the father, none of this Bahamas nonsense would have entered into it.
