I dont remember the name, but I know that it took place in Ireland ( or scottland) and the plot revolved around this old man that won the lottery, but he died. So these two other old guys pretend to be the dead guy so they can get the money. THey drive around on little electirc motor scotter things, in one seen they are naked. The scenery was beautiful and I am pretty sure it wasnt a really big hit movie. I would love for you to tell me the title!

Waking Ned Devine was a great movie. If you like that look for another great sleeper called 'Intermission.'
