i live in Toronto, and i don't know what i wanna be, but i want to do something with languages and foerign things, i was thinking to go to Minisitry of Foreign affiars, but i dunno wat departments are there HELP PLEASE

First I would check my spelling and gramatical use. Know your own language first . Talk to your community college they should know how to go about it.

Please use proper English if you are representing North America. Secondly- look into the Peace Corps. They are all over the world.
