Can anyone give me a summary of The Tragedy of Julius Ceasar act I?

Just a short and to the point summary. I read Act 1 and didn't get it. Any help would be apperciated.

In act 1 Plontinus and Mark Anthony get in an argument about who should be the next ruler of Rome. But they are distracted by their fondness for sheep.

They both have a love interest in the beautiful Clitoria. She appears on a talk show to discover the father of her child

And act 1 also meantions the invention of the Mint Julius and the Ceasar salad.
