its still a baby rreally small size of my thumb maybe..how much water should i put?

It should be able to dive, remeber they are hatched by ponds that are deep, so you really can't give it to much water. Give it at least 3 inches

Start with about a 10 gallon tank mostly full, or a 20 gallon tank about 1/2 full.

The rule of thumb is 10 gallons of water space per inch of shell length.

for i baby i would recommend just enough for it to stick its head out of the water but still a bit deep, about almost twice its highth
