I once delivered a pizza to some lady.

She claimed she didn't order a pizza.

Then this chicka-bow wow music started.

This is a tricky question for most people. I think the best answer is to be honest. There has to be a time where you really did exceed your expectations for a customer.

Depends on what your talking about. If you were a bank teller and didn't give them all of their money cause you were too loaded to keep track, look up their home address and drop it off. Or if you you were a landscaper pull the weeds that they didn't ask you to do.

a handicapped customer came in and you helped her find what she needed and took the items to her car. A pregnant customer was returning something at teh service desk and it was heavy so with out her asking you got her help with the heavy exchange. doing more than what they asked. they asked where an item was and you wlke dthem to it and helped them out with their grocerirs. ect....
