Does nebody know the tips 1-99 in the frays music video?

in the new music video for How To Save A Life there are tip thingys and i want to know wat they are so if u no them all number them 1-99 and the 1st won who does it will get the best answer

there are not tips 1-99 in the video; if you pay close attention there are only a few that have numbers that fall between 1 and 99.
but i'd like to know what those say too.

Some of them don't even have numbers. And i know that some of these aren't "tips" as you say, but this is everything i see, so i thougt i'd give you all of it.
