Just resently, there has been three red lights flash on the Ring of Light on my xbox 360. I've tried un-plugging the xbox 360 and the problem still presists. What can I do to sop the rings of lite to stop flickering?

Check that the video feed wire is plugged in securely both on your X360 and on your TV, if the problem still persists, obtain the error code the console gives you, and visit www.XBOX.com to find support for your issue!
If no error report shows up, and when you press the power button you just get a blue or black screen... Then
There may be hardware problems within your console.
Contact Microsoft X360 Customer Support Immediately!
Red lights flashing on the power button ring means something is wrong with your Xbox 360!

3 red rings on the controller means that you have to send it in for repair. It's a hardware malfunction. There's no easy solution unless you know how the 360's hardware works.
Time to call 1-800-4MY-XBOX.

Check the cord that feeds into the T.V. make sure it is in all of the ways, it might just be a result of a bad imput

sounds like the ring of death...sorry
if you can't get it to work after checking all the connections youll need to send it to microsoft to get it fixed.

your going to have to get the error code it says then search it on www.xbox.com to see how to fix it.
