222 is a bit low fofr 4 to 5 weeks , however you just may not be as far along as you thought ...not every woman ovulates days 13 thru 15 , some go earlier and some much later , as late as day 23 .
Considering that s more than a week ranger , and a BHcg doubles every 48 hours it could be off as much as 1000 units .
Chances are you're doc will run serial bloodwork to watch your levels ...
Good luck!

Here's a list that goes by date of conception. So, a little fluctuation is expected early in pregnancy if you don't know when you conceived exactly.
Weeks after conception and hCG levels:
0-1 week: 0-50 IU/L
1-2 weeks: 40 - 300
3-4: 500 - 6,000
1-2 months: 5,000 - 200,000
2-3 months: 10,000 - 100,000
2nd trimester: 3,000 - 50,000
3rd trimester: 1,000 - 50,000

3 - 4 weeks 9 - 130
4 -5 weeks 75 - 2600
There is such a wide range...but as long as your level is doubling every 2-3 days its not a problem...Good Luck!

Your HCG tiers are transforming into o.k., indicating the start of a healthy being pregnant. you oftentimes won't be able to see lots until now 5wks. My first US became at 5wks 2 days and it became a black dot appropriate to the size of a super grape. maximum human beings do not see something until previous 5wks. 6wks is great for the 1st US, in view which you are going to be able to even see the pulse and you're able to be waiting to work out the fetal pole (the section which will become the child.) maximum women folk do not see the pulse until 8wks, whilst the child is appropriate to the size of a kidney bean. Wait a pair of weeks and get yet another US. in the journey that your tiers nevertheless upward thrust, you're able to be waiting to work out extra on the subsequent US.
