If it is a school bus, yep, he sure does. His responsibility is to be sure you arrive safely at your approved destination. If he lets you off the bus somewhere else, he assumes liability for whatever happens to you or anyone you fight. He would get fired for sure, and probably sued if something happened to you. Work for a school district...

Without a signed note of permission he is not allowed by the school system to drop you off anywhere other than where you were picked up at. If it is an emergency and you need to leave the bus have you mom keep a note with you allowing you to be let off at a designated address.

Yes, because he would be held responsible if he didn't drop you off at your designated stop and something happened to you. He has every right. Unless your parents arranged for him to drop you off at a different location, then he can keep you on the bus until you get to your stop. So, don't be upset at him. He was just doing his job.

Yes he has the right, he is the bus driver and as for the girl keep your damn hands to yourself. You have no right putting your hands on someone else and i got news for you deary just because your 18 does not mean jack ,putting your hands on someone is assault and can result in you being charged and if you do get charged you face juvi or being sued.

depends on if it is a school bus (like the yellow ones) or a public transportation bus. It also has something to do with your age.

The bus driver is only supposed to let you off at your designated stop. If it wasn't your designated stop then he doesn't have to let you off.

Yes because it is his job to make sure you get home saftly. If anything happens to you he gets blamed for letting you out. You can only get out when it is your stop.
