I had a friend that used to wear low cut shirts that showed off her stomach and her breast. She would wear push-up bras so it only increased the focus on her C-cups. Anyway, why oh why do ladies get upset if a guys or girl stare at their chest or comment about them. I mean why put them on display if you can't say anything about them? Is this a woman law, look but don't stare or say any thing about the great pair? why can't a tell a girl she has a nice rack? why

I think women who do that like the attention they get from it, certainly. However, if a guy is openly staring or makes a comment about it, maybe it makes her feel slutty. Well, as everyone knows, no girl wants to admit that she is slutty, so the natural reaction to being made to feel like she is a piece of meat is to get mad.

All women are NOT like your friend. Maybe your friend is doing it to get attention. We are not all the same. Telling a woman that she has a nice rack is rude and disrespectful and no woman wants that.

well, whenever i wear something revealing i am prepared to get "compliments" and have people staring.
if a guy i dont know tell me something about it he definately will have no chance with me.
i think its like - if you watch and keep comments to yourself you have some respect, but if some sexual comments come out that tells you have no respect. its sexist.

first, never tell a girl she has a great "rack"! i am telling you this for your own safety! and second, dont stare. it is rude and a turn-off.
