Innocence. They have someone to watch and worry about them - they don't know what's out here in the world - you'd be happy too if you didn't have things to worry about or knew that someone was taking care of you full heart!

they are all innocent and no worries in life, theyare completey dependent on someone in their life. theres nothing really to be unhappy about unless something tragic happens but then they get over it then later when they are adults they have a memory but knows what happened...well happened. they play together, watch tv ,read books, they dont know anything about what occurs out in the world like terrorism and bombing and such....
innocence is all they are.....

My guess is that their brains are in a stage of development to maximize what they can learn. Maybe this affects their emotional state. I really have no idea, though.
