Jeez, where to start? You need capital, facilities, equipment, a distribution system, staff...yada, yada, yada. And, most importantly, you need cooperation from the Player's Association. Good luck with that one! :-)

go to office depot make your card and they do business cards so im sure they would do baseball cards. then make copies of them and sell them on E-Bay. its actually a good idea.

Obviously you wouldnt beable to do mlb players.
