You wont be able to rent an apartment with a newfoundland, so switch that to a house with a yard. That's going to be hard to find in New York. I just searched houses for rent in New York and surrounding burroughs with no price limit and it came back "no results found." Waitresses make about $2 an hour plus tips. The $2 is to cover your taxes, and nobody ever tips. You won't even avarage minimum wage consistently. Try grocery instead, at least eventually you can earn a living. Organic is more expensive. Hope this helps.
