I ate a LOT and gained a lot of weight but lost it. Almost every time I went out, I would swing by McDonald's for a cheeseburger or to an ice cream shop for a vanilla cone! Those were the only things I really craved. Not everyone is the same way, of course, fortunately for them! I had really bad heartburn the last month or so, so I curtailed my eating, but the heartburn lasted until my baby was born.

WHEN U'R pregnant u r not supposed 2 eat more. However, most women think that just bcause they have a life form n their bellies, then they have 2 eat more. But over eating can cause pregnancy complications and lead 2 high blood pressure.

Well i'm 33wks pregnant - through out this pregnancy i haven't eaten more, i just eat smaller portions more frequently.
For a month or so there i had to force myself to eat because i just wasn't hungry at all. I was only eating cause i knew i had to give my baby food, if it wasn't for my baby i probably wouldn't have eaten.
But it would make sense that every female is different and cravings ARE hard to curb whilst pregnant because they can become so overpowering that eventually its just easier to give in to them! lol.

You don't need to eat more food, just healthier. Remember the more weight you gain, the more you're going to work it off later. Working the weight back off isn't an easy thing . Plus healthy food is so good for the baby!
